I don't understand. This is my third time of downloading the software, whenever I click it after installation it says "please wait, file extracting" and that will be all.
Interface The interface is cluttered and not very easy to use. The help menu is also not very elaborate

For your information... Your software simply did not work. I did everything it asked me to do several times without a result!
Does not seem to work Could not get it to work.. Or possibly it moves so slowly that it appeared to not function
not so good My problem was with AOL mail address book and the Recovery Tool for Address Book did not help me, have to uninstall, thanks any way.
